I designed and developed a modern real estate website for Crugnale Properties, a developer based in Mansfield, MA. The site showcases the company's properties with clean, high-impact visuals and an intuitive browsing experience for prospective buyers and investors.
The goal
Crugnale Properties builds luxury residences, mixed-use developments and hospitality properties, many of them in downtown Mansfield. The buildings are the best argument for the company, so I wanted the site to put them first and keep everything else simple: who the company is, what it has built, and how to get in touch.
What I built
The homepage opens with the company's mission statement above a full-width photo carousel of its properties. An about section explains the company's approach to development, and a portfolio snapshot introduces the three property categories with links through to the full portfolio.
The Portfolio page is the center of the site. It is a grid of 18 project cards, each with a photo, a status label such as Now Open, Now Leasing, In Development or the year completed, the town, the property type and a Learn More link to that project's own page. The projects span Mansfield, Attleboro, Canton and North Quincy, and include hotels, a medical building, townhomes, a 55+ community and luxury residential buildings.
The About page introduces the team with leadership bios and the company's background. The Contact page has a general inquiry form, and a Submit an Inquiry link sits in the footer of every page along with the office address and phone number.
Design choices
I kept the palette to navy and a pale blue-white so the photography carries the color. Navigation is four links: Home, Portfolio, About and Contact. Text is short and centered, and the cards on the portfolio page are consistent in size and labeling so a visitor can scan every project quickly, compare them and open the ones that interest them.
