I partnered with Greater Boston Psychiatric Services (GBPS), a Medway, MA-based telehealth psychiatric practice, to design and develop a comprehensive website. The practice sees adults in person in Medway and by telehealth across Massachusetts. The project encompassed complete website design, content creation, and an ongoing SEO strategy.
The goal
A psychiatric practice site has to answer practical questions quickly: what do you treat, do you take my insurance, and how do I book? I wanted a new patient to find those answers on the first page. I also wanted someone searching for a specific service in a specific town to land on a page written for them.
What I built
The homepage opens with the services and conditions the practice treats, then a grid of accepted insurance plans, an appointment request form, a section on why patients choose GBPS, and an FAQ grouped by topic. A Schedule Now button sits in the header of every page.
Behind that are pages for adult psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric medication management, RMV substance abuse evaluations and RMV psychiatric evaluations (Form MAB118). A conditions page presents nine conditions as cards, each linking to more detail. The team page introduces providers with headshots and short bios. The Medway office page covers the address, hours, directions and what to expect at an in-person visit. There are also pages for new patients, follow-up appointments, insurance, patient referrals and attorneys, plus a blog. I wrote all of the content.
Built for search
I built 300+ location-specific landing pages for RMV substance abuse evaluations, so a driver searching in Boston, Worcester or Springfield finds a page for that city. The statewide service page links to them and explains which evaluation a driver needs, how the process works and how to prepare.
Service pages follow a consistent URL structure by service and location, and FAQ sections answer common questions in plain language. SEO work on the site is ongoing.
