Curb Infusion, founded in 1999, is a Massachusetts-based lighting company specializing in holiday and permanent lighting solutions. It is a Christmas Decor franchisee based in Pembroke. I designed and built a responsive website showcasing their expertise across residential, commercial and municipal projects, and I built the local SEO behind it.
The goal
Curb Infusion started with holiday lighting and now works year-round. The site had to cover a wide range of services without becoming hard to navigate, and it had to show up in search for the many towns the company serves across Eastern Massachusetts: Boston, Metro West, the North Shore, the South Shore, Cape Cod and the South Coast.
What I built
The navigation groups every service under one menu: commercial and residential holiday lighting, municipal lighting, patriotic lighting, restaurant and hotel lighting, weddings and special events, bistro lighting, landscape lighting, permanent lighting, Twinkly Pro, multicolor and RGB lighting, and interiors. Each one has its own page with photos of real installations.
The content explains the all-inclusive service: design, installation, maintenance, takedown and storage. A permanent lighting section on the home page sums up the product in three points (app controlled, commercial grade, fully customizable), and the permanent lighting page offers residential and commercial brochures. A Get a Quote button appears in the header and throughout each page, next to a call or text phone number, and the site also includes reviews, catalogs, a blog and an events page.
Built for search
I implemented local SEO targeting more than 100 Massachusetts towns and cities. Service pages are tied to a place in both the address and the content. The Boston pages for holiday lighting, municipal lighting and permanent lighting are examples, and the same dynamic page structure is used for other towns.
The About Us page backs this up with the company's history and its service area, plus its work with the Decorated Family Program, which donates decorations to military families.
