I built the first Smile Window Cleaning website when the company was just starting, a simple site to get a new business online. The company has grown since then, and this fall the site got a full redesign and a local SEO overhaul to match the quality of the work.
The business
Smile Window Cleaning is a family business in Franklin, Massachusetts. Owner Andy Rogers does every job himself, and his mother Yvonne handles customer service. They clean residential and commercial windows with purified water and no chemicals, and they serve 44 towns across Franklin, MetroWest and northern Rhode Island.
The goal
Andy wanted a site that looked as professional as his work, explained the pure water method in plain terms, and showed up in every town he serves, not only in Franklin.
What I built
The redesign was built as a Wix Studio version of the existing site, so the CMS and the town page URLs carried over. The home page leads with a clear promise, two calls to action (a free estimate and a phone call) and a trust row, followed by service cards, the pure water explainer, a Meet Andy section, reviews and FAQs.
New and rewritten service pages cover residential window cleaning, commercial window cleaning, skylights, screens and mirrors, oxidation removal and the pure water method. Every photo and video on the site is a real Smile Window Cleaning job. Estimate requests run through the company's Housecall Pro form, and the Reviews page shows Google-style review cards from the CMS that stay current through a weekly sync.
Built for search
All 44 town pages were rewritten with unique, town-specific content, FAQs and structured data, so each one can rank on its own instead of repeating the same text. I also optimized the Google Business Profile and set up daily indexing in Search Console until every town page had been submitted.
